spent the evening at an undisclosed site in halifax for long eared owls,saw 2 but either brief or distant.though the short eared owl made up for that.
as usual good company with andy c and nick d.

spent 5 hours here this afternoon trying to photograph swifts,by pushing the camera to its limits i managed some half decent shots despite the overcast skies.
