took a walk into walterclough valley this morning to have a look around the old colliery,quite shocked at how much of it is left!

green woodpecker 1
local birding in halifax and just a bit of randomness thrown in for good measure

used to play there as a kid and saw my first ever Kingfisher just below there and my first ever green Woodpecker flew over this very spot.......Have you seen that lesser pecker near you this year.??
